This is a recent study to learn a bit about what William Faucher calls cinematic rendering. So this video is 24 fps. But in order to improve the accuracy of the motion blur (not enough frames, motion blur to come), the rendering time is estimated to be comparable to 60 fps (60 fps is said to be too much like a game video without realism). There is also a Camera Shake added to the footage of this video to simulate the slight shaking of a human hand.
