This time it was actually rendered a long time ago, but handled as the ultimate truant render.
It's 1080p24 natively, pulled up to 4K with waifu2x and then force-framed to 60 with SVFI.
This is also the reason why the video has a partially jello feel to it. Well it was kind of an experiment, and the conclusion is that 1080 to 4K is okay, but pulling 24 frames to 60 is pulling across.
