What does it mean to almost slip and fall when you haven't danced in months!

It's the first snowfall in Tianjin in 2024! I woke up at noon and saw it was snowing really hard, so I hurriedly put on my makeup and went downstairs, but by the time I got downstairs, the snow had stopped and I started shoveling.
The ground was so slippery! I almost did the splits with my shovel.
I haven't danced in months. It's the first time I've danced since school started.

I actually managed to finish the dance but it was so embarrassing! I'm not going to post the second half.
