I didn't realize I would be practicing my splits. Come on get your dance on!
I have no dance foundation.
After contacting and learning pole dance more than a year ago.
I found that to strengthen the core, arm strength and flexibility.
Especially the ligaments and hips to be able to do a good job of technique.
So I began to practice cross and vertical fork.
I never thought I would be practicing the splits at this age >_<

Progress is slow but I'm getting results...
Gradually, I can use it in dance.
I will continue to work hard and learn to dance well with my teacher because I like it!
